Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago reportedly filed Senate Bill No. 3327 (AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MAGNA CARTA FOR PHILIPPINE INTERNET FREEDOM, CYBERCRIME PREVENTION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT, CYBERDEFENSE AND NATIONAL CYBERSECURITY) last November 12, 2012.
