But this caught my eye about the G11: it has a low-light mode.

I like taking photos in low-light conditions without using the flash, and I wondered how the Canon G10 performs in such conditions. Fortunately, someone is sharing sample photos.

Connie (@sassylawyer) shares the following examples of photos taken using the G10 in low-light, without using a flash:

Connie’s photos look terrific. Since my subjects are usually motionless, then it looks like the G10 will satisfy my needs.

Still, I’m curious about taking photos where there’s a lot of movement in low light (without using a flash). I’ll continue searching for example of Canon G11 photos taken in such conditions.
