I like the way Gerry Alanguilan filmed/shot this video. He had a video session, got a haircut, then had another vid session, and then edited it to make it look like it was done all in just one go. If you want to get ideas for your videos, pay attention to the way Gerry moves his camera as well as how he cuts from one scene to another. Of course, having such an expressive face helps a lot. Ang galing!

I thought Erwin would record videos, and then write articles from them (see Video a new way to express, test ideas, say RP bloggers). I found out about the Inquirer.net post, thanks to the Twitter-ings of andrew_ds and LaTtex.

I like the name he chose: BIDJO

It sounds like the Tagalog word for “video”, yet it’s spelled colloquially. It’s as if I could hear him say the word, along with a very Pinoy accent. A similar example would be: Dibidi-dibidi.

I like watching Gerry’s videos, because you can clearly see how much he enjoys creating all these videos. Looks like he and Christine Gambito (HappySlip) share similar thoughts on what it takes to succeed in Pinoy Vlogging.
