Step 3-1: Bring your original and photocopies of your 2 valid IDs to the nearest Unionbank branch
(see Unionbank EON Card Pick-up Branches).
For the actual address or location of those branches, please refer to the Unionbank Branch and ATM Directory.
Step 3-2: Bring P350 (Unionbank EON Card Annual Fee)
Step 3-3: Bring P1,500 to fund your Unionbank EON Card.
There is no required maintaining balance for the EON Card, but you’ll need to fund it so that you can easily use it for your online payment system.
After you get the card, you will need to activate it.

Keep in mind, though, that the online application can be used only in Unionbank EON Card Pick-Up branches.
If you’re not near a pick-up branch, you will need to apply manually.
How To Activate Your Unionbank EON Card
To activate your Unionbank EON Card, you need to enroll it.
Please visit the EON CyberAccount Login page, then click on “Enroll Here”
You will be asked to Validate your ATM/debit card number and PIN.
After 3 to 5 banking days, your Unionbank EON Card will be activated. Sometimes, it can take as short as only 24 hours.
