Do you want Blogger.com to use English rather than the default language of your area?
You can change the language of Blogger.com by visiting:

When you use the dropdown list, you will need to scroll down to the equivalent of “English” in your language.
For example, if your Blogger.com default language is Filipino, please scroll down to Inggles.
Some of us were searching for “English” and were wondering why it wasn’t in the list. Oh, there it is… Inggles.
Next, click on the Save button so that Blogger.com remembers which language you prefer.
