Chanced upon the article Refined Sugar – The Sweetest poison of All… and read about the dangers of refined sugar. It got me thinking.
So I asked some friends about the sugar content of certain natural health drinks, the differences between the regular and the LITE version, and how much of the stuff we should drink every day.
Well, their answers were quite mixed.
Some said drink 1 sachet, while others said drink up to two. Someone else even said drink as many as four sachets a day.
One of them even said something along the lines of “the sky’s the limit!”
Obviously, people are not that well-versed with that product.
And that’s why I’ll tell my other friends to cut down on their consumption of that health drink. Afterall, it’s practically 94% sugar.
As for me, I will reduce my intake of refined sugar and see what happens health-wise.
